Programme Overview

IIM Sirmaur's Executive MBA is a two-year, non-residential weekend program meticulously crafted for experienced professionals aiming to elevate their business acumen. Delivered in a hybrid format with two on-campus modules, it spans critical areas such as operations, marketing, finance, and strategy, empowering mid to senior-level executives to advance their careers.

The curriculum integrates case studies, lectures, group activities, simulations, and ICT-based learning, equipping participants with the strategic insights and practical expertise needed to excel in today’s complex business environment.

Eligibility

A bachelor’s degree (10+2+3) or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA with Minimum 2 year of full-time post-qualification managerial/professional experience at the time of application.

PROGRAMME CERTIFICATE & ALUMNI STATUS

  • Candidates who successfully complete the programme will receive a degree of “Executive Master of Business Administration” (ExMBA) from IIM Sirmaur during the Annual Convocation.
  • Those with requisite participation but complete ONLY the first year shall receive a “Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management” (PGDBM).
  • Those who have received poor grades in more than FOUR courses will receive a “Certificate of Participation”.

Dr. Prafulla Agnihotri holds a Master’s Degree in Management Studies (M.M.S.) from the University of Mumbai and Ph.D. in International Marketing Strategy area from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
